Create Test Signature Request

Testing Info

Create Multi-Party Signing Package

Create a package where multiple people can sign the same document with different roles.

Select a template or create one in the Templates tab. Template content will replace the document content below.

Signers

Add signers with their roles. Signers with the same email will be consolidated into a single signature request with multiple roles.

Multi-Party Signing

Signers with the same email or phone are automatically consolidated - they receive one signature request for all their roles.

Contact: Each signer requires at least one contact method (email or phone). Verification method auto-detects based on what's provided.

Age Requirements: Trainer, Coach, and Guardian must be 18+ at the event date. Rider and Owner can be any age.

Date of Birth: Required for roles with minimum age requirements (Trainer, Coach, Guardian).

Package Admin: One signer can be designated as the package admin, allowing them to replace other signers before they sign.

Merge Variables: Use {{variableName}} in document content to insert dynamic values. Auto-generated: {{signerName}}, {{signerRoles}}, {{signerAge}}, {{signerIsMinor}}.

Package variables: {{eventName}}, {{eventDate}}, {{horseName}}, or any custom variable you pass in mergeVariables

Auto-generated signer variables:

  • {{signerName}} - Current signer's name
  • {{signerEmail}} - Current signer's email
  • {{signerRoles}} - Roles (e.g., "Rider, Owner")
  • {{signerAge}} - Age at event date
  • {{signerIsMinor}} - "Yes" or "No"

Jurisdiction: {{jurisdictionAddendum}} - Inserts jurisdiction-specific legal text
